What We Do
Workplace Interior Design.
Kinetic energy is energy resulting from motion; this, in effect is our ethos. We want to design workspaces that flow, that work well, where everything fits and makes sense. Good workplace design will make the most of what a space has to offer which in turn improves the functionality of an office and the productivity of its workers.
Interior design that works for you.
Our design process starts by taking note of the client brief. Our approach is very much geared towards problem solving; finding solutions to issues within the workplace. We understand that a working relationship with the client is paramount to creating a design that works for them. Therefore, we endeavour to work closely with our clients, making sure that our designs remain on brand, in budget and effective at providing solutions to issues apparent.
After agreeing upon a design proposal, Kinetic will then focus on quoting that design so that we can provide clients with a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of costs. We also have the capabilities to provide photorealistic renders so clients can really get to grips with what we offer.
- Detailed brief taking
- Hands on working relationship with an emphasis on communication
- Design that shows off the full potential of the interior
- Detailed breakdowns of costs for furniture and fitout works
A design that you want
We are here to make design simple. There is no point in creating a space that looks impressive but doesn’t function as well as it should. We see design as functionality first, finding practical solutions to problems within the workplace and making them standout aesthetically in the process. This approach means that we are best equipped to find a design solution that looks good while remaining within budgetary constraints. We work closely with every client to make sure that they are aware of all the options and associated costs.
“The reason we have partnered with Kinetic on multiple fit-out and relocation projects now, is due to the level of service and attention to detail we receive. They have set a precedent on the standard of work delivered and responsiveness that is second to none. They always talk you through any decision that needs to be made, providing numerous solutions and alternatives to sometimes difficult building constraints and restrictions and it’s always with a smile. The successful delivery of our recent fit-out; on time, on budget and whilst navigating the complexities of COVID-19 throughout the build, is a testament to their ability and the end result is simply stunning. One very happy customer who can’t wait to get back to the office to enjoy the beautiful space we’ve created!”

Working relationship
We are immensely proud of our work. Part of that is due to our industry expertise in both design and build. That said, we understand that our best work can only be achieved by maintaining a strong, personable, working relationship with the client. An extravagant design is nothing if it doesn’t meet the needs of the consumer. That’s why, when working with us, clients can expect speedy turnaround in the design and quoting phases, mood boards and 3D renders for finish guides. This coupled with exact programs of works during build so that the client is always kept fully in the loop.
We prefer to show the client our designs face to face so that they can get hands on with integral aspects of the design vision like fabric finishes, feature lighting, flooring and wall finishes. This even extends to show room visits, if necessary, where clients can test the quality of the products we put forward. All the above forms an important step towards a working design that looks good and also completely suits the needs of the Client brief.
