Our design and build package is comprehensive. It takes care of every aspect of the process from the initial design phases all the way through build to final completion. We are fully equipped to provide licence to alter documents and liaise between the client and land lord making sure both parties are happy with works going on and everything is above board.
Our projects usually start with a detailed site survey so that we can get hands on with the space before we go into design.
Detailed brief taking session where the client presents us with the issues present in the work place and an overview of what they want to achieve in the space.
We think about how we can produce the best possible interior that works for the client, taking into account their brief.
We present our options with a detailed breakdown of costs, finishes and 3D render. We work very closely with the client to make sure they end up with a final design plan that they are happy with.
We organise our own certified contractors to carry out the works making sure the project keeps on time and in budget.
Furniture installation is also covered by our own in house team of experienced movers.
All IT that is moved is decommissioned and recommissioned by our own team who work closely in conjunction with any inhouse IT department.
Our experienced movers relocate any IT equipment, furniture and staff personal effects making sure they are undamaged in transit and placed as per plan in new area.
