Converting a warehouse to useable space
This project started with a dilapidated shell of a warehouse and we were tasked to repurpose it into usable and inviting office space. The first step was total stripout so we could have a safe and blank canvas to work upon. We worked with an existing mezzanine floor to form the basis of the design; from there we implemented two new staircases, brand new WCS, all new partitioning and glazed works as well as HVAC implementation.
A new ceiling with LED lighting was installed on both floors complete with feature wood slats and drop pendant lighting in both new kitchens. New branding and signage were applied to most walls and staircase areas including all external signage; the warehouse floor was even polished to complete this transformation.

Show room and furniture
The client specified that a strong corporate feel to the interior and furniture was required as their dealer partners frequently visit the site for training. This meant that the showroom took centre stage on the ground floor. Inside we installed new workstations with concrete MFC tops and raw steel angled legs, as well as worktables to show of their products. A large amount of branding walls featured here as well. The Oprema brand colours were continued through the design by use of paint colours and stylised furniture. The same concrete workstations were installed on the upper floor as well as the addition of a meeting booth for informal meetings.
