- Design consultancy to turn a blank canvas CAT A build into a new, forty staff office complete with kitchen breakout and multiple meeting rooms.
- Extensive assistance with licence to alter (LTA) to assist client in dealings with landlord.
- Fitout construction of meeting rooms, new kitchen breakout facility, comms room, full decoration, flooring, feature lighting, bespoke joinery (lattice feature storage units), media TV installation.
- HVAC modifications, plumbing and drainage, fire system modifications.
- Relocate existing furniture and storage from Saville Row to new Piccadilly location.
- Decommission of existing IT, transportation of IT and staff personal effects to new location, recommission and testing.
- Supply and install of new reception, breakout and meeting room furniture.
- Building regulations approval and sign off.

“This project was a relocation 1 mile across London to Piccadilly.
Bearing in mind our day job, we worked alongside Kinetic in developing the design concept for our new offices. We wanted to create a statement on entering the office reception and welcome area focussing the design on our client meeting facility and kitchen breakout area.
The working area then led onward from this feature area and would not be client facing.
The joint design effort quickly came together and works began soon after on the blank canvas space. Kinetic worked extremely quickly to meet our move deadline, getting the fitout and furnishings complete in 5 weeks enabling us to relocate on the final weekend. Kinetic also completed the relocation of all existing furniture and IT. Thanks Vince for a great job.”
